Over many years, we’ve worked with Canadian Bavarian on a wide and varied range of projects. On one project, for the renovation of our studio, we worked with a specialized team to salvage massive old-growth western red cedar from beaches in Clayoquot Sound. Canadian Bavarian arranged the cuts, then proceeded to mill and kiln-dry the pieces, which ranged in size from 1 x 4 to full 2 X 24 slabs. Some of the cedar was further milled into tongue-and-groove planks, and some was used to make modular, solid cedar cabinets. In another project for the renovation of our warehouse, Canadian Bavarian used custom-fabricated Douglas Fir plywood to build cabinets and prefabricate rooms for the interior. Canadian Bavarian has also supplied wood for our Tofino studio and has fabricated product parts for us. We’ve had a long and successful relationship together and have come to rely on Canadian Bavarian when we use wood in our work.

We recently completed a large Project working with Canadian Bavarian as our Primary Cedar Supplier. This Project was very unique and required large, one of a kind material, which Canadian Bavarian was able to provide, exceeding our expectation in material quality. If a timber did not meet their standards they would share the information with us and reselect without compromising our Project Schedule or Budget. We are currently working with Canadian Bavarian on a very large high-profile project in Amherst, MA.  This project is a design assist project with multiple custom profiles,  colors, textures, and configurations that requires precision design, milling, and finishing.  To say that that the team at Canadian Bavarian has delivered is an understatement.  They have assisted with our design, built multiple mockups, made field visits, and most of all have been great communicators throughout the entire process.  I am grateful to have them as part of our team on this one of a kind project.  I am looking forward to working with them on many high profile projects in the future.
